On the 12th July we will be having a BF2 Marathon. This event is a chance for us all to get together on an adminned and ranked server to play BF2 for a full day. It will start at 11:00 and will run through to 23:00 GMT. Members of the pH7 clan will be in attendance; some more than others due to work commitments.

The following maps will be on rotation throughout the day:

Strike At Karkand - 32
Gulf of Oman - 16
Mashatuur City - 32
Strike At Karkand - 16
Sharqi Peninsula - 32
Dragon Valley - 16

Two rounds will be played on each map to keep it going quickly. Please follow the server rules in game as you will only be given one warning before you are kicked. Glitchers, cheaters or team killers for vehicles will be banned without warning.

Yeh it did crash and burn a bit. I had to work 1-7 which was a last minute thing i.e. they rung me at 8am on the day so it was all down hill from there. Recon was heading off to Ibiza and Inhert was mysteriously absent <_<.

It was also ruined by stupid 4u server company and as the server admin just did not work so none of the planned activities or maps could run nor could i control the people that joined.

In the future these events will be held on weekends and probably over a shorter amount of time so more people are on together.
