pH7 looks for the following qualities in its prospective members:

• That they are good at working in a team.
• That they contribute to the clan as a whole.
• That they treat other clan members and the clan facilities with respect.

pH7 does not see in-game ability as a major part of being a good member. We want a varied degree of skill this way all members can improve their skills and we can have varied and interesting games. After all, gaming should be fun!
