Jst a suggestion, but maybe you could make the website more interactive (giving people an actual reason to go on the website insterad of just the forums) by adding a news section. You could just pick out bits from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R website and briefly mention them.
Just an idea.

I like the site but i agree and think we could add more to it. News sections and information on vehicles and a detailed profile of each member with maybe a picture of them??? Just some crazy ideas i thought might add interest to the site

Yeh, I would quite like to have news on the homepage as well. Unfortunately, most proper news pages use PHP (which the free webhost we're using doesn't support) and I haven't got a clue how to make them. If anyone knows how to make one (possibly including it on the site using an iframe) then give me a shout!

as for the profiles we could use bf2s.com for stats as they give you a link for the picture of stats on their site. If people took the time they could write out a profile and maybe that would encourage interest in the site???
makes the clan look more serious and something worth joining

The only problem is it would take a long time to make all the new pages. It is a good idea and the links to BF2S.com would be an easy intermediate. I think at the moment we are best focussing on getting together a good well trained core team. Then we can worry about other things later.
Whilst we are on the subject though, we could set up a clan awards scheme if we do the profiles and have awards for coming first, second and third in training and ones for dedication such as attending 10, 25, 50, 100 etc sessions. A similar idea to BF2's awards. Anyway we will see what the future brings. :thumbsup:
